Touchpoints Therapy offers Physical, Occupational, Speech, and Language Therapies available up to seven days a week through our Touchpoints Therapy program and staff.

Our fully equipped Rehabilitation Department and skilled therapists can help you or a loved one get back on your feet and back home where you truly want to be.

  • My goal as President is to continue to grow the college and provide assistance and guidance for those that are just beginning their careers.  Our partnership with the CAHCF and Leading Age will help to strengthen our Chapter and provide those resources to all Health Care Leaders.  Our board has worked diligently on bringing new initiatives to the college and I am excited to see them come to fruition.

  • On February 28, 2024 the team at Touchpoints at Chestnut took a moment to celebrate a big achievement: the care center’s return to Five Star designation with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)!
